Jobs

Jobs is an experimental module for approved early-access businesses. It tracks delivery through phases, processes, team assignments, a shared delivery brief, time and linked financial documents. You can use it for onsite, workshop, remote or office work.

Manager workspace

Open Jobs to manage delivery. Its tabs are Jobs, Insights, Setup and Settings. Setup defines phases/templates; Settings controls quote conversion, team permissions and cost rates. A job’s status is separate from its phase. Reaching the final phase does not automatically mark the job completed.

The board includes a No phase column for jobs without an available phase. New businesses can start without phases and use Set up phases to configure them.

Job details and team

Open a job card to view its details. The Team tab shows assignments and lets authorised managers assign/remove current business members. Add instructions, a contact and optional location/access information in the delivery brief. See Job Editor.

Worker workspace

My Jobs shows assigned jobs, or the broader view permitted by your manager. Team members can read the brief, complete current processes and record their own time. This view excludes budgets, profitability and staff cost rates. An employee record alone does not provide a Rebased login or Jobs access.

Costs and invoices

Link existing invoices/bills and record time to review operational job profitability. Missing financial inputs appear as incomplete. Job time is separate from payroll. See Job Costing, Job Invoicing and Time Tracking.

Calendar and Timeline show job dates; capacity forecasting is not currently available. Shared team communications is a separate feature and is not a new Jobs chat tab.
