Curated Business Context

Curated Business Context is a short, automatic summary of the most useful business facts for you — things like how the business operates, current priorities, important constraints, and preferred wording — so Intelligence can start oriented on relevant work.

It is compiled for your user account in the active business, only from material you are already allowed to see:

  • Company Docs you can open today (business, shared, or your private Docs)
  • Your private Intelligence memories

It is not a single shared summary that every team member receives the same way. What you get in context follows your Docs access.

What it is not

  • A replacement for searching or reading full Docs pages when you need detail
  • A way for AI to change who can see a Doc or to turn private notes into company-wide knowledge
  • Something that appears on every casual greeting — only relevant Intelligence work turns use it (for example page, search, and specialist work). Ordinary chat greetings do not.

How it stays private and accurate

  • Access control stays with Docs and product rules. AI may summarise text you can already read; it does not decide visibility or change sharing settings.
  • Each fact keeps a link to its source (which Doc or memory, and a version marker) so context can be refreshed when sources change.
  • When a Doc is edited, archived, or you lose folder access — or when your private memories change — your curated context is invalidated and rebuilt automatically from what you can still read.

If curated context is missing or does not answer the question, Intelligence should still search authorised Docs rather than guess.

What you should still do

  1. Keep reusable knowledge in Docs with the right visibility (private, shared, or business).
  2. Attach the relevant Doc or folder before asking for drafts or rewrites when you care about a specific page.
  3. Ask Intelligence to search company Docs when you need specifics.
  4. Manage personal memories and rules in Intelligence Settings as you do today.
