Configure your business, payment, accounting, billing, and integration settings in Rebased.
Account security (two-factor authentication) is managed from your Personal profile, not from Settings.
Settings categories
Settings are organised into categories shown as tabs at the top of the Settings page.
Business
Configure your company details, branding, and mobile app access.
- Company Details — Business name, ABN/ACN, contact information, and address
- Branding — Logo, colours, and document styling
- Get The App — Download links for mobile access
Payments
Set up payment methods and processing options.
- Payment Methods — Configure how you accept payments from customers
- Bank Accounts — Link accounts for payment processing
Accounting
Manage your chart of accounts, linked accounts, and financial settings.
- Chart of Accounts — View and manage your account structure
- Linked Accounts — Configure system accounts for automatic posting
- Lock Date — Prevent changes to transactions before a specific date
- Fixed Assets — Manage depreciating assets
- Loans — Track business loans
- Opening Balances — Set starting balances for accounts
- Migration — Import data from other accounting systems
- Audit Trail — View history of changes
Billing
Manage your Rebased subscription and billing details.
- Subscription — View and manage your plan
- Payment Method — Update billing card details

Integrations
Create and manage API keys for custom integrations and monitor usage.
AU-specific Notes
- Business region is fixed to Australia after setup and cannot be changed
- ABN and ACN fields are available in Company Details
- GST registration status affects tax code availability
- Superannuation settings are configured in Team > Payroll Settings
