Chat History
Intelligence saves your conversations so you can return to work without rebuilding the discussion from scratch.
Open a saved chat
- Open Intelligence.
- Select the clock in the header.
- Search or select a chat.
The conversation is restored in the Intelligence panel. You can continue asking questions or switch to Autopilot when you are ready to take an approved action.
Select New chat to start a clean conversation instead.
Organise chats
Select the More menu beside a chat to:
- Rename it
- Pin it to the top of the list
- Archive it to hide it from the normal history list
- Delete it from your saved history
Use the Archived option in the chat drawer header to view archived chats. In the archived view, use the More menu and select Restore to return a chat to the normal history list.
The list shows pinned chats first, then your most recently active conversations. Use search when you know part of the title or a message from the conversation.
Context and restored chats
Saved chats preserve the conversation. The current item in Rebased is still shown in the Intelligence header and remains available as fresh context.
For example, you can reopen a discussion about a BAS, then select a task, folder, transaction, or document to ask a new question about that item. Intelligence makes the active context visible so you can confirm what it is using.
If you want to change topics completely, start a new chat or clearly name the new item in your message.
Privacy and business scope
Chat history is scoped to:
- Your user account
- The active business
Other users cannot open your saved chats. In Rebased Firm, switching to a different client business shows that client’s separate chat history. Rebased does not combine conversations or business data across clients.
