Australia (AU)DashboardDashboard

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your personal daily view in Rebased. It brings together three core panels in one place—giving you an overview of what needs attention.

For company knowledge (SOPs, wiki pages, and Markdown documents), open Docs from the left navigation. The Dashboard ToDo List stays a flat personal task surface — not a second knowledge base. Client delivery remains in Jobs.

Overview stats

At the top of the Dashboard, three summary cards show your current workload:

StatWhat it shows
Tasks Due TodayTasks in your Inbox or custom lists with today’s due date
Tasks Due TomorrowTasks coming up for completion tomorrow
Unread NotificationsSystem notifications and @mentions awaiting your attention

These stats update in real-time as you complete tasks or read notifications.

Dashboard panels

The Dashboard is organized into three personal panels that create your customized workspace:

PanelPurposeSee Details
ToDo ListPersonal task management with lists, subtasks, and notesDocumentation
My HR PanelQuick access to timesheets, leave, payslips, jobs, and personal detailsDocumentation
NotificationsSystem alerts and @mentions from team membersDocumentation

All three panels are user-specific and create a personalized dashboard experience.

Daily workflow

  1. Check Tasks Due Today stat first thing
  2. Review Today list in ToDo List for immediate priorities
  3. Check Unread Notifications for @mentions and alerts
  4. Complete quick tasks from the Inbox
  5. Use My HR shortcuts for timesheets and leave

AU-specific notes

  • Onboarding tasks: New AU businesses receive 11 pre-configured tasks covering accounting setup, branding, payments, banking, and first invoice creation
  • Payroll shortcuts: My HR panel aligns with AU payroll workflows including STP and superannuation
  • Leave entitlements: Dashboard leave features reflect Australian NES standards (4 weeks annual leave, 10 days personal leave)
  • Superannuation: SG rate tracking visible in the Super shortcut (12% for 2025–26; was 11.5% in 2024–25)
