The Inventory module tracks stock levels, manages products, and monitors inventory movements. Keep accurate stock counts, receive low stock alerts, and maintain visibility over your goods.

Stock status

Items can have the following stock statuses:

AU notes

• Inventory valuation methods should align with tax reporting requirements
• Stock movements affect cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations
• Low stock alerts help maintain adequate supplies for business continuity
• Integration with purchase orders enables automated reordering
