The Inventory module tracks stock levels, manages products, and monitors inventory movements. Keep accurate stock counts, receive low stock alerts, and maintain visibility over your goods.

What Inventory does

Inventory management helps you:

  • Track stock quantities in real-time
  • Monitor low stock and out-of-stock items
  • Record stock movements and adjustments
  • Link inventory to sales and purchase items
  • Generate inventory reports for decision making

Tracked Items

Main inventory interface showing all tracked products:

  • Overview cards: Total items, low stock, out of stock
  • View modes: Card view and list view

Stock status

Items can have the following stock statuses:

StatusMeaning
In StockQuantity above reorder point
Low StockQuantity below reorder point
Out of StockZero quantity available

  • Stock movements affect cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations
