Inventory
The Inventory module tracks stock levels, manages products, and monitors inventory movements. Keep accurate stock counts, receive low stock alerts, and maintain visibility over your goods.
What Inventory does
Inventory management helps you:
- Track stock quantities in real-time
- Monitor low stock and out-of-stock items
- Record stock movements and adjustments
- Link inventory to sales and purchase items
- Generate inventory reports for decision making

Stock status
Items can have the following stock statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Stock | Quantity above reorder point |
| Low Stock | Quantity below reorder point |
| Out of Stock | Zero quantity available |
