Job statuses
Jobs progress through phases you define, typically:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Job created, not yet started |
| Planning | Scoping and scheduling underway |
| In Progress | Active work being performed |
| Review | Work complete, awaiting approval |
| Complete | Job finished, ready to invoice |
| Invoiced | Converted to invoice |
Statuses are customizable in Job Setup.

- Jobs integrate with Australian tax reporting through invoicing
- Time tracking feeds into payroll if applicable
- Job costing helps with project profitability for BAS
- Cost rates should include on-costs (super, leave, etc.) for accurate margins
